Is there a standard for the product appearance? We found the appearance in the appearance

    Hi Dana,

    It is tough to see on the picture due to the glare but the package is not supposed to have any curved or filed off edges.

    This could point to mechanical damage and chipping of the device. Please note that due to the nature of this device and it's package, even small chips could result in damage to the internal circuitry. I would recommend not using this device and replacing it with one that does not have any noticeable chipping.
