Hi,

Just to make sure we are on the same page, the reason you would like to do the water wash is to get rid of excess flux after PCB assembly correct?
In that case the TPSM82821SIL is water washable, of course as long as the IC is unbiased (no power).

Hi Hirotsugu,

Hydrocarbon cleaning should not be an issue, however such a process has not been qualified by TI.
It is up to the customer to qualify such a process.
