TPS745-Q1: Is 8 pin package wettable frank?

Hi team,

Is TPS74533PQWDRBRQ1 wettable frank?
Its datasheet top page says 8pinpackage is WSON and it is wettable frank, however, its "PACKAGE MATERIALS INFORMATION" page says 8pin device is SON package.
I guess all package of TPS745-Q1 including 6pin and 8pin are wettable frank, is it correct?

Yes both are the wettable flank option. This is depicted in the nomenclature table and is included in the orderable with a W

Just confirmation, is there typo on "PACKAGE MATERIALS INFORMATION" which says DRB is equal to SON instead of WSON.

Hi Ochi-san,

Yes I believe it should actually be VSON per the TI packaging website - https://www.ti.com/packaging/docs/searchtipackages.tsp?packageName=SON as SON just refers to Small Outline No-Lead.

This is an automated table and so I believe there may have been some syncing issues. This has been noted and will be looked into.
