Is it available to use a pull-up resistor for the reset pin in 1K or less like the circuit diagram I attached?

    Hi Louis,

    Yes, there is no issue to use 1K as a pullup resistor on the TPS3808.  See below for the limits on IRESET for the TPS3808:
