BQ78350-R1: SOC setting related issues

Part Number: BQ78350-R1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ76200, BQ76940, , BQSTUDIO, BQ78350, GPCCHEM

Hi TI Team,

We use TI BQ78350-R1 + BQ76940 +BQ76200 for 14S3P(SDI INR21700-40T, 50.4V 12Ah Max DSG 30A, CHG 10A) BMS design with Battery Protector Fuse(SAFE pin function).

We have faced some SOC issues and need your advice for parameter setting and specification definition as below for our customers.
(1). We follow the "Using the BQ78350-R1" to get 0, 20, 40 degree C 10A(low-rate) and 30A(high rate) and update the value from CEDVGPC report. Since there is no chemistry ID option for SDI INR21700-40T, is that all what we have to do? But the SOC is always not correct once we reset it or reboot it from the shutdown mode.
In the case of using VSCAL for SAFE function(14S pack), should I need to adjust the value from CEDVGPC report? In addition, is the SOC will be calculated considering cycles(ex:200cycles) if the battery pack is reset?
(2). Current Deadband: we set 3mA(actual 30mA due to scale setting),. Will SOC not be updated once the battery pack has a small current discharge <30mA for a long time and causes the CUV problem?
(3).How to show the real current, real pack voltage, and capacity mAh in the BQSTUDIO if we use IPSCALE and VSCALE?
(4). Is there a detail SOC algorism introduction of BQ78350-R1?

Finally, could you please check our gg file and give us the advice if any mistake?

Many thanks in advance!

James
