TPS1H200A-Q1: Overcurrent fault

Hi team,

My customer use TPS1H000 and found that the fault will be low for 50ms, then changed to high when meet over current. From d.s, the fault will keep low when meet OC, right? EVM also have same phenomenon, so could you kindly tell me what's the reason?

    Hi Jiawei,

    May I get a few more pieces of information from customer?

    1. Does the IN pin stay high during the overcurrent event?

    2. Could you ask customer to capture a waveform with current, IN, Fault and Vout on the same capture?

    3. What's the configuration of Delay pin - is it directly connected to ground, through a cap or external pullup?

    4. It would be good if customer could share the schematics with us.
