BQ25895: VINDPM reset at adapter plug-in

Hello,

BQ25895M highlights in the datasheet that FORCE_FINDPM and VINDPM reset to the default value when an input source is plugged-in.

Does the BQ25895 also reset those registers at plug-in, or is that a difference between the devices? Wanted to confirm since the datasheet doesn't specify that specifically.

Hello Joe,

If the AUTO_DPDM_EN is set then it will be cleared and the BQ25895 charger will try to detect the input source. IF it is off the BQ25895 will not clear VINDPM values.
