TPS92518EVM-878: Software Access

I'm trying to obtain access to the software for the TPS92518EVM-878/LEDSPIMCUEVM-879 evaluation boards. The web page indicates that as step 2 I should request access, but clicking on the link there does nothing... please help with access.

Hello Dan,

Thanks for reaching out. The link takes you back to that same webpage, but if you scroll down a little bit, you should see the "TPS92518EVM-GUI" evaluation board with the "Request" link beside it. If you click that, and fill out the information, my team will get notified and can work with you from there to get access.

Thanks Caroline,

I tried your suggestion but after filling out the info and clicking submit I get:

"Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "">www.ti.com/.../swlicresults.tsp on this server.

Hello Dan,

Are you at this link: https://www.ti.com/tool/LEDSPIMCUEVM-879

At this link, scroll down and click "Request" as pictured below. If you are still getting errors, try clearing your cache. I just tried this with my personal TI account (not my TI employee account), and the link worked.

I've tried this in 3 different browsers with cleared cache and I continue to get:

Just to be clear, clicking on the 'Request' link takes me to this page: https://www.ti.com/licreg/docs/swlicexportcontrol.tsp?form_id=332647&prod_no=TPS92518-Q1-DESIGN&ref_url=app_psil_lpp

Where I am filling out the form in its entirety before clicking 'Submit'. Every time, no matter what browser or cache clearing, I get the attached "Access Denied" result.

Hi Dan,

I misunderstood when you were seeing the error. There are a couple of reasons that requests like these would be automatically denied dependent on the information you entered about your project. Please feel free to email me at c-fuschino@ti.com, and we can discuss the particular details of your project to see why the system is not letting you apply.
