I have a question about the DCDC converter.

Is it possible to change the output voltage of the DCDC converter during operation?

What kind of circuit can it be achieved?

There are several ways to do this. A very common way to do this is described in this app note: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/slva861/slva861.pdf .

You could also look into using a device like LM10011, or buying a converter/controller with an adjustable reference by digital communication (most commonly, PMBus/I2C).
