HI,
Does the bottom VVFB(VFB regulation voltage) in the item of Internal Reference Voltage in the data sheet mean Vref?
Best Regards,
Nishie

While VVFB is essentially the internal reference voltage, Vref, it also includes any offset from the feedback comparator, so it more accurately reflects the regulation voltage than Vref.
Note: The TPS53353 uses D-CAP mode control, which regulates the valley voltage of the output ripple, not the average, and the reference voltage is increased slightly when zero-current is detected cross the low-side FET during the low-side FET on-time (Load currents below critical conduction). If the MODE pin selects auto-skip operation, the output ripple voltage will also increase as it enters DCM operation. This increase in Vfb(avg) and thus VOUT at light load is noted in figure 6-10
