LMR14030: EMI reduce

Hi team,

Customer met EMI fail @200MHz in their design at heavy load(seems fine at light load). They tried to change switching frequency but failure still same. Below is a schematic of their design and I dont have the layout on hand. Can you share some guide on how to locate and reduce EMI on such circuit? thank you very much!

    Hi George,

    Pls check below:

    1. add big Rboot <20ohm in series Cboot as long as IC case temp is acceptable

    2. Add snubber

    3, Add Cin 0.1uF+10nF 50V, place it close to VIN pin and Diode GND

    4, Add 0.1uF 25V cap on output rail, place it close to inductor and Cin GND

    5. Use shielding core inductor, rotate inductor may also improve EMI
