My customer need to find Pin to Pin device of both CSD16570Q5B and CSD17570Q5B, In fact, I have find some devices searched for similar products, but I can’t judge which material is the best alternative, and the performance is the closest. So please help me to choose the most similar device to Pin to Pin CSD16570Q5B and CSD17570Q5B; I mean I need two devices to replace CSD16570Q5B and CSD17570Q5B respectively.

Because customer needs are more urgent, please reply to me as soon as possible, thanks.

Hi Andy,

Thanks for promoting TI FETs at your customer. The CSD16570Q5B and CSD17570Q5B are the lowest on resistance 25V and 30V FETs in 5x6mm SON package and are optimized for hot swap and OR'ing applications. The next lowest on resistance 25V FET is the CSD16556Q5B and the CSD17573Q5B 30V FET. How well these will work depends on the customer's requirements. There will be more conduction loss because the on resistance is higher. Can you share the customer's requirements?
