Hello, I purchased the product (TI orderable part number: TLVH432BCDBZR) from TI Store.

Unfortunately, there's a quality issue with your product, so I'd like to request a technical support and get a refund.

When I used this product by SMT equipment in certain condition, soldering problem (dry joint) has been occurred.

I guess this issue has been occurred because of the oxidized pins.

As the pin is oxidized, a dry joint occurs when soldered to the pcb board.

Let me attach relevant pictures and please analyze the cause of the problem.

I will request a return once the technical defect is confirmed.

When this problem first occurred, I contacted the customer returns that you told me, but it was declined. My request number is CPR211052617. Would it be acceptable if I contact you again now?

I've left a post many times and the reasons for refusal were the same.

The reason was contact to E2E or customer center instead. I will attach the rejected mail, so please refer to it.

It's been 20 days since Customer Support Center told me to wait for the return. But I have not received any guidance so far.The return is being delayed too much. Please let me know return procedure in detail. I look forward to hearing from you.
