Hi Team,

My customer has some questions on the BQ24195L (after transiting from the BQ24195). 

The specification shows that the maximum output current (Isys) of BQ24195L is 2.5A and Ibat discharging current is maximum 6A continuous, we would like to know the current of SYS PIN in the following states：

  1. What is the maximum output current of the SYS PIN when the battery (which can output more than 6A) is connected and the VIN is not connection to any power source? i.e. only powered by battery. Is Ibat Discharging maximum persistent current (6A), or Isys Maximum (2.5A)?
  2. What is the maximum output current of the Vsys when the battery (which can output more than 6A) is connected along with a power supply to VIN and charging battery with 2.5A ? Is Ibat, discharging maximum persistent current (6A) + Isys Maximum (2.5A)?
