TPS6594-Q1: Top marking for Preprod parts PTPS659411F0RWERQ1 and PTPS659413F0RWERQ1

Could you please let me know the top marking for PTPS659413F0RWERQ1 and PTPS659411F0RWERQ1.

    Hello,

        The pre-released silicon revision devices PTPS659413F0RWERQ1,  PTPS659411F0RWERQ1, and PTPS659414F4RWERQ1 will have the following top markings:

    First Line PTPS659X
    Second AXL2-Q1   (AX TI inforamtion, L2 TI Information)
    Third TI YMG
    Fourth MLLL G4

    There is no distinction in the top marking between these devices.  The final silicon revision released to production will have the following top markings.

    First TPS6594
    Second ABCD-Q1  (ABCD NVM Configuration)
    Third TI YMG
    Fourth MLLL G4

    With the TPS65941111RWERQ1, the "ABCD" is "1111".

    With the TPS65941212RWERQ1, the "ABCD" is "1212".

    If the "ABCD" field is "XXXX", then this is a pre-production sample (not the ones described above) and you should work with your representative which requested the sample to identify the devices.
