Hi, there

The internal pull-down current is designed for pull down VSENSE pin during OLP fault. If the system want to out of OLP, it need to make the VSENSE pin voltage higher than 0.82V. If the pull-down current is too high, it need the total resistor divider very samll, so the maximum pull down current is necessary. on the contrary， the minimum voltage is not necessary.
