Question about Storage Temperature Ratings of TPS2530DBVT

Hello,

In our industry, the TPS2530DBVT Current Limited USB Switch DIST Single 5.5V 1A 5 Pin SOT 23 T/R goes under a thermal shock process, where it reaches -60°C in intervals of 15 minutes. The device is not turned on during this process, so the part does not operate outside its operating temperature rating. I could not find a storage temperature rating for this part. Can someone help me providing me this data? Also, if we go under the minimum in the storage temperature rating, is the reliability or functionality of the part is compromised? What kind of failure should I expect?

    Hi Eduardo,

    The storage temp is generally -60degree to 150 Celsius degree.

    If not out of the spec, it's fine. It will not compromise the functionality.
