Yes, I have attached data sheet.

Reason for failure is "RS232 communication issue". Please let us any additional details needed.

Hi, Harsha,

I didn't receive the schematic you sent on 07th July.

Can your share the schematics which has the pins connections to the PMIC? It looks like the PMIC doesn't have direct pins for RS232 communication.
