TPS563201: Can 201 be used as 1:1 replacement for TPS563200?

Team,

my customer is using TPS563200DDC. Can they use TPS563201DDC as a pin-2-pin replacement?

The switching frequency is different. This probably needs different dimensioned external components.
Will this also have impact on EMI?

This has little impact on EMI. the frequency difference is small.
