Hello!

I plan to use the TPS76633 in a super ultra low current application (I'm counting the uA) and I have a question: do I need to use an external pull-up resistor on the /EN line or does it already have something inside that will take care of that for me? Even 100K up to 3.3V will bleed 33uA which is ludicrous, compared to the 1uA the LDO consumes when disabled.

The TPS76633 does not have an internal pull up or pull down on /EN. Since /EN is taken to GND to enable the IC, I suggest a 1Meg ohm resistor or larger pull up for disabling.

Hello Dan

You might also look at the TLV702 - which can use ceramic capacitors - ,and the TPS78833 (lower Iq but limited to 150mA output).
