TPS7A05: without active output discharge

Datasheet statement: P is optional; P indicates an active output discharge feature.

Is it possible to have version without this feature ?

Interest in 2.7V Version SOT 23-5 preferred, SOT 23-3 possible.

What similar devices to consider without aod, 2.7V & SOT23-5 ?

    Hi Guenter,

    No unfortunately we will not have this particular combination for TPS7A05. The closest device that we have that can meet these requirements is our TPS7A03 with TPS7A0328DBVR. This is the next-gen device with 2.8V + SOT-23-5 + Non active output discharge.
