Dear Sir,

I want to use UCD7138 for my application which has MOSFET VDS as 150V max (IPP076N15N5AKSA1).

Can i use this driver W/O VD pin ?

If not , can you please suggest alternate PN for 150V bus volt?

Hello,

If you don't need VD to sense body diode conduction time, yes, you can use it as a general drive for 150V MOSFET.
