TPS7A26: Quiescent Current

Hi,

Good Day. Customer wants to know the quiescent current of TPS7A26 when Vin=14V, Vout =5V, Iout=0.3mA.

As we check the datasheet, only Figure 10 and Figure 11 showing the quiescent current but Vout=1.24V and Iout=0A.

Can you help us with regards with the customer query? Thank you very much.

are you looking for 0.3mA or 300mA? Just want to make sure we get the most relevant data for you.

Hey Ray,

It will be approximately 5uA. Below is some characterization data which shows the ground current at low load currents across temperature.
