TPS54618C-Q1: The output of TPS54618C-Q1 abnormal when Enable pin goes up slowly

Part Number: TPS54618C-Q1

Hi :

I use TPS54618C-Q1 to buck 5V to 3.3V. The enable pin of TPS54618C-Q1 connects to the 5V output with divider resistors.

But the soft-start make 5V goes up slowly. TPS54618C-Q1 outputs a abnormal voltage when power on.

When I zoom in the waveform, shows below:

5V is going up continuous. So the enable pin of TPS54618C-Q1 is going up continuous also.

Why the output of TPS54618C-Q1 goes down and there are two spikes in this period.

It looks like there is no driving to the output.

After that, I speed up the 5V output to 3ms. The abnormal waveform of TPS54618C-Q1 disappears.

Can you tell me what's going on ? What caused the two spikes? What is the requirement of rising time of enable pin ?

Thanks
