TLC5925 Output-Programming

Hello

 

I've got the this Problem:

 

I use the TLC5925.

 

I don't know how the controll the Outputs OUT0 - OUT15 done by SDI.

 

The Timing Diagram and Truth Table in the Datasheet don't help me out.

 

 

E.G. which are the 16 Bits of SDI for say trigger the Output7(and so light the LED on that Output on)

    Hello Heiko,

    The shift register is connected to the output register the way that the register place number in the shift register connects to the same number output. This means if you wan to enlight the LED connected to OUT7, you have to shift first 8 zeros into SDI, then 1 one and then another 6 zeros and then latch the data to the output shift register which enlights then the LED connected to OUT7.
