Hy team,

What type of FET recommended for blow the chemical fuse?

What is the output voltage level on the FUSE pin when activated?

    Hi Attila,

    The recommended FET is an NFET that can block more than the max BAT voltage. The Data Sheet also indicates a max output voltage of 9V (But typical value is around 7V) on the FUSE pin. You can look in the Data Sheet Figures 16-1 and 16-3 for example schematics. Section 12.10 Fuse Drive in the Data sheet might have more helpful information and Section 7.9 FUSE Pin Functionality will have the pin specifications for more detail.
