Do we have some high side switch portfolios recommendation to p2p replace with Infenion BTS5030 and BTS5120?

    Hi Zirui,

    We do not have pin to pin compatible replacement for Infenion FET. Is there any specifications customer wants to match? For example: Rdson or certain features. For TI high side switch, we do offer features such as adjustable current limit and internal clamp to drive inductive load etc.

    If you have more details requirements from the customer, we can give a better recommendation.

    Do we have some portfolios whose features are similar or could include these infenion devices? From my opinion customer would like to replace them because of the shortage, and need the devices performance not worse than those devices. Thank you for your quick reply.

    Could you ask customer to go over the datasheet for TPS272C45 as a starting point to see if it has the features they need? We can follow up with more info once we get customer's feedback.

    No problem. Besides, since my customer is a car OEM tier 1, so maybe you could recommend an automotive device (I search the TPS272C45 not an automotive device) to be the start point and then I will double check with my customer, thank you.
