How can get the formula for the Cout in LM25141's datasheet?

    Hi JW,

    The formula you provided is a worst case for a load-off transient (assuming all the energy in the inductor transfers to the output cap). The other equation refers to a load-on transient. For most step-down applications, the load-off transient is the worst case.
