BQ76942: Battery Management Studio Data Memory edit: Operation failed because of initial read of all data flash failed

Hello,
when connecting to an BQ7694202 via EV2400 and Battery Management Studio 1.3.101, i have problems editing the Registers wia Data Memory.
Auto-Discovery finds the correct Chip 7694_0_36, but in the select supported Targets, i con ony chose between 7694_0_24 and 7694_0_28. When choosing either one i can connect and get data, write registers via the Commands-TAB, but i am unable to use the Data Memory tab to configure the chip.

Update: I found out, that the untested version of Battery Management Studio 1.3.104 identifies the Chip 7694_0_36 correctly and has the right .bqz supported. But the Problem of not beeing able to read the whole register still exists:

Yes, you are correct that you need to use the latest version of BQStudio. It looks like you also have an older version of the EV2400 firmware. Here is the link to download version 0.32 which is needed for this device: https://tidrive.ext.ti.com/u/hFkU19bZFNWWWRTW/EV2400Updater-0.32-windows-installer.exe.zip?l

The instructions to update the EV2400 firmware are in the EV2400 product folder.
