LMV431A: Inquire of ESD (CDM& MM) data

Part Number: LMV431A

I am creating a part number confirmation for LMV431AIMFX/NOPB for my company.

There are more basic information about ESD (CDM& MM) data of parts are required, but we didn’t get them from my contact sales person.

Please help tell me where I can find information or provide data.

    Hi William,

    The information I found has HBM and MM but no CDM.  From the datasheet, the HBM is 2KV, which is shown below:

    For machine model (MM), the voltage for MM = 200V.

    There is no CDM data from the report because CDM was not a requirement when this part was originally released in 2002. CDM was not required by JEDEC for IC qual back then.

    Dear Ben,

    Thanks for your reply with providing MM data, but in our company, the information of MM and CDM is necessarily if the material approval is to be completed.

    Would you please to ask if there is a corresponding unit that can help with the experiment or verify the CDM information?

    In addition, since the information we are asking for is to used for material approval, would you please to provide a complete data sheet including MM and CDM?

    If your company has any difficulties with the information we asked or how long it takes to complete,please reply to the message first.
