Ti material braid best baking temperature

  I am not understanding what you are referring to as "braid". 

What specific devices are you inquiring about?  MSL and baking requirements for individual devices can be found here: https://www.ti.com/packaging/docs/mslsearch.tsp . 

Please advise and provide more details.
