We find that data memory can not be modified after load srec data to this device, is this normal?

Are you using a default srec? It sounds like your gauge could be in sealed mode.

Hi, what about the "sealed mode", can you explain it? How to exit this mode.

Hello,

You will need to unseal the gauge using the side bar commands in BqStudio. If you have sealed the gauge with a code besides the default, you cannot unseal the gauge without the codes.

If you are in permanent failure mode or low voltage you may not be able to update the DF also.
