The customer design with BQ2057W. It can charge normal at 1.2A, but after the battery is hot-plug, the chip cannot be charged automatically.
It is need to power on each time to start charging. Turn off the power again, plug in and out the adapter or battery will not work.
How to exit this Suspend Charge mode?
