Hello Andrew,

Looking at RT9179GB, an adjustable LDO in a SOT-23. 6V Max Vin, Vout (1.175 - 4.5V), 300mA.

I'd recommend TPS78401DBVR. This is P2P drop-in replacement.

Specs: 6V Max Vin, Vout (1.2 - 5.5V), 300mA. SOT-23
