Your understanding is correct, the internal structure of TPSM13604H is similar to LMZ14203. You can refer to the datasheet section 7.2 Functional Block Diagram for the details.
There will be some differences in parameters for the two parts. TPSM13604H is our newly released device, which enables 5-V to 36-V Input, 4-A output current, while for LMZ14203, it is 6V-42V input, 3-A output current module. The output range for the two parts are also different. You can refer to the datasheet for the details. Thanks.

I had a problem with the internal solder flow problem with the LMZ14203, so I would like to check if the same problem occurs.
Does the interior consist of control ICs, FETs, L and passive components?

LMZ14203 includes interior control ICs, FETs and the inductor.
Can you describe what kind of solder flow problem that you have met?

The internal solder melted and there was a short circuit between the pins of the controller IC in the CSP package.
If it has the same structure, it is necessary to pay close attention to the temperature profile, which is a concern.
