TPS546C23: Strange WeBench steady state simulation results

Part Number: TPS546C23

Hello,
I simulated TPS546C23 steady state using WeBench for Vin=12V, Vout=0.7V, Iout(max)=34A, Fsw=200KHz and Cout=Ceramic.
However, the results look strange as follows, Vout is almost 0V.

What is wrong?
