hi Team,

if we want to change switching frequency from PMBus of TPS546D24A, besides writing Register 33h(frequency_switch) to a wanted value, what else command do we need to write?

    Kelly,

    To change the switching frequency of the TPS546D24A using PMBus, write the desired value from Table 7-43 to register 33h.

    To write this new switching frequency to NVM, write FFh to registers 04h (PHASE), 15h (STORE_USER_ALL) and 16h (RESTORE_USER_ALL) in order. To default to this value on start-up, write a 0 to bit 1 of register EEh (MFR_SPECIFIC_30 (PIN_DETECT_OVERRIDE)). This will reset the FREQUENCY_SWITCH register to the NVM value on power-up.
