May I know there have any cross reference devices for ON Semi/ NCP1393B ?

    Hello Henry,

    For the 600V half bridge driver functions the UCC27712 or UCC27710 is the closest TI equivalent. We do not have the integrated oscillator function however that the NCP1393B includes. The oscillator would have to be implemented externally with the UCC27712.
