EM1402EVM: EM1402EVM: EM1402 and TMS570 cannot balance

The customer design with EM1402 and TMS570. The battery voltage can be collected, but when they choose the cells to balance, the GUI will be stuck.

Can you translate the message to English? Can they try a different combination of cells and it still occurs?

Thanks for your reply. the message as below:

An unhandled exception occurred in the application. If you click "Continue", the application will ignore this error and try to continue.
If you click "Exit", the application will close immediately.
The conversion from the string "H" to "long" is invalid.

I will ask the customer to try a different combination of cells.

Hi Star,

Yes please provide some experimentation results. At the end of the day, it is a simple GUI interface designed for simple evaluation. I recommend if the customer wants to test specific configurations to transfer to MCU code which is more flexible for actual testing.
