TPS57040-Q1: variance of the enable threshold value across a batch

Hi Team,

my customer needs to know if the hysteresis value spread across a production batch or is it stable? The second question is if one reel just consists of parts from one batch or is it possible to have more than 1 batch in a reel.

Hello

The data found in the EC table is representative of many devices over many wafer lots.

For any device that the customer receives from TI, the threshold voltage will be within the limits

found in the EC table. This is true regardless of where the material in a given reel has been sourced.

The purpose of the the question was, that the customer has to measure this value for his application. The question is more about if he has to measure it for every device or for every batch ?

Hello

If the customer needs tighter limits than those found in the EC table, then they will have to test each device.

There will be variation from one part to the next, but they will all fall within the values given in the EC table.
