TPS62153A-Q1: TPS62153AQRGTTQ1 is latch up automatically

When you say "latch up" are you referring to the input voltage, output voltage, or a different pin?

Output voltage is goes to zero

What conditions is the output voltage going to zero, Are you testing at no-load, full-load? Is there a possibility that the system is short-circuited?

Do you have a schematic of the setup? This will help further solve the issue.

At No load condition itself it is going to zero volt

Initial stages powered ON, and working good for both load and no load condition, 2-3 days worked good. after that it got failed during power cycle. same is happened for 2 boards.

for sure there is no input spikes, because am using precision power source with 6 digit accuracy. Some thing else got problem in IC/Design
