Hi Sir,

I wanna confirm the temperature characteristic of VREF (reference voltage) of TL431BIPK.

How much does the voltage of VREF change when the operating temperature changes from -40C to 70C?

Based on the calculation formula of the data sheet (Pls see attached),

Vi(dev)=34mV、Vref=2.495V、TA=125℃(=85℃-(-40℃))

|αvref|=1.09×10^-4%/℃

The voltage Deviation when changed from -40C to 70C, I think it's 2.495×(70℃-(-40℃))×αvef =29.92mV.

is it correct?

Fig.1 in Sec7.14 indicates the total deviation could be much larger, including the initial accuracy differences. For A grade Ind temp range, the deviation over temp is listed as wider for the PK package vs the 34mv of the SOT23-3 packages. will check these differences and note additional comments here. thanks for your patience.
