TPS23730EVM-093: Calculation spreadsheet needed

We do not have a specific calculator for the TPS23730. 

The TPs23730EVM-093 is for 51W, so I would still recommend the TPS23734 to optimize your cost. 

My full recommendation would be to copy the power stage of the PMP9563. It is a 12V/2.5A active clamp forward that uses the TPS23754. The TPS23734 is the next generation of the TPS23754, so you can replace the IC to get all the latest features of the TPs23734, but keep the DCDC design. This has been successfully implemented before.

Alternatively, you can use any DCDC that you deem suitable for your design. The TPS23734 is a DCDC controller with two gate drives, which should be enough for any flyback or forward design in the overall TI library.
