I especially want to know parasitic capacitance, rise time, and fall time (and the other delay time).

BQ25886 is a battery charger with integrated FETs. The FETs' Rds_on specifications are on page 8 of the datasheets. The switching behavior is fixed and the parametric data related to the switching are internal. Thanks for your understanding.

I want to calculate the peak current for HIgh side ON and Low side ON (SW overshoot and undershoot) timing.
Or, is there these test data?

The peak current of the high side and low side FET is more steady state and should be relatively easy. Figure 27 is an example under given conditions. This might not be your conditions. The switching behavior calculation would be difficult and requiring a lot of modeling work. Matching the results and adjust the model could be another project.
