TPS61022: Output Short Test

Hi team.

The IC burned out during the output short test.
The layout is as recommended in the datasheet, what can I improve to prevent it from burning?

Hi Hirotsugu,

The layout looks ok from 1st glimpse. Would you mind using diode mode and test if it is HSFET or LSFET failure? Please also share the schematic for this design. Thank you!

Hi Wenhao,

MODE is Low.
After the failure, SW and GND are short-circuited.
Since the schematic is confidential, we will send the messages individually.
