I have a customer that is very interested in using this chip based on Application Report SLVA209-May 2005-TPS61040 in High Voltage Applications. However, for some of their applications,
the dynamics of the charge output capacitor is
too low.
Ideally, they need to get time of transient process ~ 0.5ms for charge output capacitor Vout=180V;
The dynamics of the chip can be improved by selecting an optimal MOSFET transistor...
To select a MOSFET transistor the important equations are 2 and 3 (Application Report SLVA209–May 2005). These equations are not estimated by the following parameters: Ion, Vdg2on
Do you have any ideas to assist in determining
these parameters based on application Report SLVA209–May 2005?
