The following question needs to check.

Is OK for TPS2413 to drive two MOS? Or do I need two of TPS2413 to connect MOS separately?

    Hi Rock,

    Yes, TPS2413 can drive multiple FETs in parallel. As the number of FETs increase, the gate capacitance increases which leads to increase in Turn ON and Turn OFF Time of the FETs. Increase in Turn ON and OFF times shouldn't be a problem in most of the applications.
