Hi,

Wanted to know if there is any replacement for Bq76200PWR with same pin functions,Package -TSSOP, Operation temperature- -55C to 100C ? This for a  BMS design for 8V-70V battery,  will be interfaced with BQ7692000PWR .

    Hi Vinay,

    There is not an automotive version of BQ76200.  You might look at the gate driver selection at www.ti.com/gatedrivers for an automotive driver device.  Isolated drivers allow positioning at the high side, they will require a power source though.
