TLVM13630: PTLVM13630 vs TLVM13630?

Part Number: TLVM13630

Team,

I assume that the both PTLVM13630 (Engineering samples) and (TLVM13630) RTM devices are based on the same silicon. Correct?

The main difference between the two would be that only RTM device is tested against the latest datasheet specification. Correct?

Are there other notable differences between the two?

    Hello Anber, 

    Yes, these are the same devices. The "P" devices are pre-production (engineering samples). Once the device is RTM'd, the P is removed from the part number. There are no other differences between these devices.
