At the datasheet page of 19, it was mentioned - Enable voltage should not higher then VREG for 0.8 V.
Could you explain what it means? Under the absolute ratings, the EN pin could tolerate 7.0V max.

The 5-V LDO is not controlled by the EN pin. The LDO starts-up any time VDD rises to approximately 2 V.
Enable pin voltage should not be higher than VREG by 0.8 V.
Typical turn-on enable threshold voltage is 1.3 V. Typical enable turn-off threshold voltage is 1.0 V.
The absolute maximum voltage rating is 7V on the enable pin.
